Access to subscription services

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this terms of use, PublicBI grants to you (user) a limited, personal, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable, non-exclusive access rights to use the solution and any technical documentation available within the solution for your business operations for the duration of the subscription.
You agree that each user will be a named human user and access is granted based on your unique email id, login credentials of which is not to be shared with any other user.
You agree that group email ids or non-human account or technical account will not be used to access the solution.

No warranty

PublicBI is not liable for any errors or omissions, and will not under any circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other loss, injury or damage caused by its use or otherwise arising in connection with the services provided by PublicBI, even if specifically advised of the possibility of such loss, injury or damage.

Continuity of Provision

PublicBI will strive for continuously updating the data concerned, as new data regarding the same becomes available. However, PublicBI does not guarantee the continued supply of updated or up-to-date versions of the data, and will not be held liable in case the continued supply of updated data is not provided.
